Procedure

An application is meant for one course only.
Candidates applying for two or more courses shall use separate applications for each course.
The candidates should enclose Photostat copies of following certificates:

• S.S.L.C. Mark Sheet (two copies)
• Transfer Certificate
• Community Certificate
• Conduct Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended
• Statement of marks (Grades) issued by the Higher Secondary Board or the University.
• Two Stamp Size Photograph for I.D. Card.
